walnut Broyhill Brasilia buffet China cabinet with detachable hutch in great
original condition. Hutch top lifts off the lower cabinet. The upper portion
features a cabinet with convenient glass doors that open to reveal one fixed
shelf. Maker’s label on the back of upper hutch (Broyhill). Below are two small
storage drawers. The bottom portion features double cabinet doors that open to

presented at the world’s fair in Seattle in 1962, as a tribute to the design of
Brazilian famed architect Oscar Niemeyer. One of the most celebrated and highly
collectible lines on the American atomic era of design. The cabinets' signature
arches and pulls are molded after buildings designed by Niemeyer for Brazil’s
capital city. The original brass colored signature Brasília hardware is in good
shape with some oxidation. It is easy to see why so many fall in love with
Brasília. An exceedingly fine hutch, this piece has been very well taken care
of over the years. Measurement: 37” Wide x 17” Deep x 71” Tall (bottom
cabinet 26 3/8" tall x 37” Wide x 17” Deep) Top hutch 441/2" tall x
